Tax Credits!!!
Unfortunately for the general public all the tax incentives have expired. However, historically low interest rates and a generous inventory of homes still make it a great time to buy.
If you were deployed in Military Service in the past year all dates are extended one year, so you can still qualify for the tax credit if you are under contract by April, 30, 2011.
Also dont forget I rebate 20% of my commission to all my buyers. No its not $8000, but its more that most Realtors will do.
