As a Realtor I can help you determine if new construction is right for you by showing you everything else that may be available. Also I have access to actual sold data, so I can have a good idea going into negotiations what they have sold similar homes for already. Finally negotiating home purchases is my profession, there are many negotiable items that many builders will just put on the buyer if they are not asked for.
