New Construction

Forney has grown considerably in the past ten years and still has plenty of more room to go.  As compared to other areas in close proximity to Dallas you can get some very good deals on New Construction Homes.

When working with a home builder it is always a great idea to have a Realtor represent you.  Much like regular home sellers their prices already have built in commissions.   As your Realtor in a new construction purchase I can be of assistance in many ways.  Initially I can bring to you all the pricing and brochures for the neighborhoods you are interested in.  Instead of registering with every different builder you want to see and subsequently ending up on all their calling lists, I will get you registered and the builders will contact me instead of bugging you.

I can show you any pre existing or foreclosure homes in the neighborhood that may be considerably less than new construction and also provide you general information about the current prices in the neighborhood and make sure that you do not pay to much for your new home.

My very presence with you when viewing homes will keep the sales people from hard selling you and making you feel like decisions have to be made right away.  Many Builders offer Realtor bonuses and I always offer these up immediately help your bottom line.
