In all seriousness though, my clients happiness with my services is of utmost importance to me. However I feel I do bring a level of casualness that is refreshing in this field. It is not my job to look on the bright side of every home as your Buyer Representative. Actually its quite the opposite. I strive to point out to you every issue or problem that may be wrong with the homes we are looking at.
Through talking to you about your needs and wants, it is my goal to not only be able to know if a home will work for price and size wise but if it will fit your lifestyle and functionality needs.
I am happy to answer any questions you throw at me, but I am not shy about telling you I have no idea, when I have no idea. I am almost 100% positive I can always point you in the write direction or find out the answer to your question in a timely manner.
I also realize that home buying is a process that sometimes can be months or years in the making. I am committed to working with the buyer who is casually browsing and the buyer who is ready to go and needs to look at more than 40 homes in one weekend. Whether we look at 2 homes or 200, I promise to bring you a level of service and punctuality that will save you tons of time and money.
