About Forney Tx
Forney Tx is a great growing city. Being my home town I have seen it go from a sleepy bedroom community of Dallas of less than 4,000 people to a growing city of over 14,000. With a commute time of 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas without traffic it can be a great place for commuters.
The school District has recently been Recognized by the Texas Education Agency as a “Recognized” District. All Elementary Schools in the District at rated as “Exemplary” and both Middle Schools are rate as “Recognized.” Forney boasts a nice balance of convenience an small town feel. Many small eateries and local businesses make it easy to find a great community inside a large city.
