Avery Realty Group was started in February of 2008 when RJ Avery became a licensed Realtor. On the heels of a historical housing market crash and with business very slow RJ began to think of ways to make himself more marketable. After only being with a larger Corporate Brokerage firm for 3 months it was easy to see what that difference could be.
Upon joining an old friend who was an independent Real Estate Broker RJ was able to set up and structure his business the way he liked. The premise was is very simple. The internet has drastically changed the way we do everything over the past 15 years and Real Estate is no different. By harnessing the power of the internet and cutting back on traditional costly overheads associated with the Real Estate business RJ was able to offer the same great marketing for Real Estate for sale at a much better price.
After 3 Years in Real Estate RJ has set himself atop his local market of Forney Tx, while at the same time marketing, selling and working with new agents all over the DFW metroplex. Closing over 100 transactions he has acquired a breadth of knowledge about all aspects of the Residential Real Estate markets in and around DFW. As of June 2011 Avery Realty Group was operating with 7 licensed Realtors covering all of the DFW Area. RJ seeks to spread his approach and Ideology through Realtors to spread this great plan of selling Real Estate that saves the end consumer thousands of dollars.
